A look at how recent SOW documents map to our standardized pricing tiers, and a recommendation for keeping them aligned going forward.
← Back to Plan ComparisonOne change that keeps scope and tier aligned automatically going forward. Nothing changes on existing contracts.
Replace the single PandaDoc template with five versions – one for each pricing tier, plus a custom template for non-standard engagements. Each document would automatically reflect only that tier's deliverables.
Right now, the template includes deliverables from all tiers, so it's easy for higher-tier items to carry over into a lower-tier SOW. Separate templates would handle that automatically – each document only lists what's part of that specific plan.
Some clients have intentionally negotiated scope beyond their price tier. That's fine – the custom template would include all available deliverables as options, with a review step to confirm which ones apply to that specific engagement.
We've decided to retire this service. Once the templates are updated, this line item drops off automatically.
These SOWs include some deliverables from higher tiers than the plan level. This is what prompted the template recommendation above. Nothing changes on active contracts.
These are either no longer active or have an open question to revisit.
